Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: celery sticks, ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well to ensure the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; you may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned.
- Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and place it back in the bowl. Pour the buffalo wing sauce over the cauliflower and toss to coat thoroughly.
- Return the buffalo cauliflower to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for another 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce is heated through and the cauliflower is crispy.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce (ranch or blue cheese dressing).
