- 2–3 lbs chicken drumsticks, skin on
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Ensure the oven is fully heated before baking.
- Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
- In a large bowl, toss the drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Make sure drumsticks are coated evenly.
