  • 23 lbs chicken drumsticks, skin on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Ensure the oven is fully heated before baking.
  2. Pat the chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels to ensure crispy skin.
